About Me
Our three-person Executive Committee is the primary management body of J-U-B. They are empowered to implement policy and to monitor and manage the overall health of the company.
Lee has worked with communities, agencies, and districts on a variety of projects related to infrastructure and planning of public facilities. Projects have included water resource development and delivery systems, wastewater collection and disposal, and transportation. Prior to joining J-U-B, Lee was employed at both the municipal and county levels; experience that he has used to help communities identify and address infrastructure needs.
Tim leads our team of Area Managers in execution of all facets of our Strategic Plan: satisfied clients, engaged employees, and financial success. He also serves as the company’s risk manager including contract review, insurance, and claims mitigation. Tim recently led the effort to update J-U-B’s Strategic Plan setting company goals and path for the next five years and a vision for 20 years including supervision of J-U-B’s Growth/Opportunity and Efficiency Committees. Outside work, Tim serves as Chairman of Idaho’s QBS Council, is a Board member of ACEC Idaho, sits on the ACEC National Risk Management Committee, and is a member of the UI College of Engineering Advisory Board.
Troy’s area of expertise is in agricultural, municipal and industrial water and wastewater systems. His other specialties include Water Conveyance Systems, Sewage Treatment Systems, Hydraulic Engineering, Water Conservation, Pipeline Design, and Industrial Process Water Treatment. He served as J-U-B’s Kennewick, Washington Regional Manager from 1999 through 2004.
Each member of our management team goes through an intensive leadership development. This includes a 15-month program with 10 days of classroom instruction and many hours of study and preparation between sessions. The training they receive is current and it is also consistent with J-U-B’s Strategic Plan.
Kellie has 20 years of HR experience, serving as HR Manager, Employee Relations Specialist, and HR Generalist throughout her career in the Treasure Valley. Kellie has worked for private industry, as well as several county and state government entities. Kellie’s responsibilities include managing all aspects of the HR function (benefits, compensation, employee relations, recruiting, legal compliance, training). Kellie is a member of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Brenda has worked for over 25 years in both public and corporate accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Idaho and an Accredited Pension Administrator. Her responsibilities include preparing the financial statements, cash management, retirement plan administration, state registrations, and stock policy accountability. She is a member of the Idaho Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Brian has over 20 years of experience in urban and rural transportation projects and municipal infrastructure engineering planning, design, and construction. He has worked on and managed several large civil engineering projects specifically related to urban transportation infrastructure improvements and has been involved with downtown revitalization studies and construction plan improvements throughout the Intermountain States. Brian also has extensive experience in large irrigation pipeline and canal improvement (lining) projects that have involved federal funding through the Bureau of Reclamation.
Steve specializes in water and wastewater utility support. His key expertise includes industry trends, permitting, IDEQ coordination, TMDL support, water and wastewater utility planning, funding, low energy treatment options, and design review. Special projects include development of water and wastewater treatment plants with grant funding as high as 75%. Steve has also served in a number of volunteer capacities including as the president of the Pacific Northwest Clean Water Association.
With his practical experience in construction and demolition coupled with his education in management, Robert has managed Municipal Water and Wastewater projects including the integration of computerized Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems for many communities. Prior to J-U-B, Rob worked for several large food processors on expansion projects in Idaho, Washington, Oregon and Minnesota, giving him broad experience in the private sector.
Alan has more than 20 years of planning, design, and construction experience in a variety of public works projects specializing in water and wastewater system projects. He works with a number of communities and agencies throughout Idaho and recently served as secretary-treasurer for the Southeast Idaho Operators Section (SEIOS).
Cory’s primary area of expertise is water system and wastewater system engineering. His experience includes projects ranging from small water distribution and sewer collection improvements to large treatment plant upgrades. Cory has also facilitated the development of many water and wastewater master plans. He is a member of American Water Works Association and is involved in local community organizations.
Brian’s areas of expertise include secondary and culinary water modeling and design including distribution, transmission, and storage, storm drainage modeling, design, and master planning. He has a strong background in municipal engineering in general and has served as city engineer for several cities in Northern Utah.
Zan has expertise in municipal and structural engineering. He has completed projects including municipal planning studies, infrastructure master planning, detailed design of water, sewer and storm drain systems, buildings and transportation structures. Zan recently served as president of the American Society of Civil Engineers – Northern Utah Branch.
A survey veteran in both the field and office, Jason brings practical experience in working with engineers, contractors, attorneys, and public works departments in the planning, scheduling and completion of field and office survey operations. He manages large-scale control, aerial mapping and city-wide utility location projects using conventional, robotic, and GPS technologies.
Mike specializes in Transportation Engineering, general Civil Design and Project Management. He has more than 32 years of transportation planning, design, and construction experience. His areas of expertise includes traffic engineering, transit, roadway design, site design, truck and freight infrastructure, bicycle and pedestrian design, transportation planning studies, environmental processes and NEPA documents, municipal street design, hydraulic studies and design, highway design, and construction administration. Mike has particular expertise in helping clients implement Alternative Project Delivery including Construction Manager as General Contractor (CMGC) and Design-Build.
Ben’s areas of expertise include irrigation systems, urban storm water drainage, hydraulic engineering, environmental review and planning, water conservation, water conveyance systems, pipeline design, sewage collection systems, and grant and loan applications. He is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Public Works Association.
Dave has managed numerous road and transportation related projects both small and large scale. Most recently, he was the project manager for the APWA award-winning Post Street Revitalization and Two-way Conversion for the City of Spokane.
Luke manages J-U-B Engineer’s Western Colorado area office. Luke specializes in water resource planning and engineering. Luke currently provides engineering services for several irrigation and drainage districts in the Upper Colorado River Basin as well as water conservation districts, small municipalities and NGOs . He has a strong background in agricultural water use, drought planning and water rights.
Jeff has more than 20 years of civil engineering design, construction, and project management experience, with a primary focus in transportation engineering. Jeff specializes in performing complex urban transportation projects and has a strong background in municipal engineering. He excels in his liaison abilities, and enjoys multi-faceted projects. His experience includes eight years with the ADOT working as a manager in both design and construction. Jeff is an active member of the American Society of Engineers – Northern Colorado Branch.

Chuck specializes in planning and engineering project for airports throughout the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain West. He has significant expertise and expertise in traffic and transportation engineering, street and highway engineering, and project management. Chuck has more than 30 years of transportation-related experience with communities, counties, airports, highway districts and state highway departments.
Kasey started with Gateway Mapping, Inc., in 2001. He was made the General Manager of GMI in 2017. One of his career objectives is to help his civil engineering counterparts learn how to apply GIS on every project. Kasey directs the Gateway Mapping team in building and maintaining client relationships and in developing projects. He provides expertise in GIS-based infrastructure management, helping clients develop both fixed and mobile applications. He is a master at earning client trust and confidence.
Since 1997 Dan has designing and facilitating complex environmental and public policy disputes across the United States. Dan has led The Langdon Group since 2004. He has designed multiple processes that bring diverse stakeholders together to resolve tough problems and has mediated over 150 cases. Dan focuses his work in the Western United States and resides in Utah.
