Ben’s areas of expertise include irrigation systems, urban storm water drainage, hydraulic engineering, environmental review and planning, water conservation, water conveyance systems, pipeline design, sewage collection systems, and grant and loan applications. He is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Public Works Association.
