David Watkins PE

David’s primary focus is in the water, sewer, and wastewater system engineering. His experience includes environmental permitting, planning studies, design, and construction management. David also enjoys working closely with clients to help them develop solutions and manage their projects from conception all the way through construction. He is an active member of the Water Environment Federation and the local chapter, Pacific Northwest Clean Water Association.
