Kellie has 20 years of HR experience, serving as HR Manager, Employee Relations Specialist, and HR Generalist throughout her career in the Treasure Valley. Kellie has worked for private industry, as well as several county and state government entities. Kellie’s responsibilities include managing all aspects of the HR function (benefits, compensation, employee relations, recruiting, legal compliance, training). Kellie is a member of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
