Layne has over 28 years of engineering experience, applying his knowledge and skills in the successful completion of numerous public works and private sector projects.  Layne has worked on a variety of site design, water, wastewater, irrigation, and street improvement projects. He has been involved in all phases of these projects, including planning, funding acquisition, design, construction management, project closeout, and continuing project support.
