Zan has expertise in municipal and structural engineering. He has completed projects including municipal planning studies, infrastructure master planning, detailed design of water, sewer and storm drain systems, buildings and transportation structures. Zan recently served as president of the American Society of Civil Engineers – Northern Utah Branch.
