Lewis Clark Valley, WA

Named for the explorers sent by Thomas Jefferson to find a northeast passage to the Pacific Ocean, the Lewis Clark Valley is home to a lot of history and natural beauty. The area is particularly noted for its proximity to North America’s deepest river gorge, and is often referred to as the “Gateway to Hells Canyon.”
