J-U-B Engineers, Inc. is pleased to announce that Angela (Angie) Comstock, PE, has been appointed as the new Transportation Services Group (TSG) Lead. With more than 20 years of experience in the engineering industry, Angie has been a key contributor to J-U-B since 2016. Over the past four years, she has served as the N. Idaho/E. Washington Regional Transportation Lead, driving growth and innovation within the TSG.

Angie brings extensive expertise in transportation project management and development, guiding projects from initial concept through final construction closeout. She has successfully led multiple design and construction engineering teams across Idaho and has demonstrated strong leadership within J-U-B. Beyond her technical acumen, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s culture and programs—leading the development and implementation of the company-wide mentorship program, J-U-B Connect.

Her visionary leadership and collaborative approach align seamlessly with J-U-B’s Strategic Plan. With a deep understanding of the business and a forward-thinking mindset, Angie is well-positioned to help the TSG navigate future challenges and opportunities while fostering innovation and excellence.

Outside of J-U-B, Angie is an active leader in the industry, serving on the boards of WTS International Spokane/Coeur d’Alene Chapter and Soroptimist International of Coeur d’Alene, as well as chairing the LHTAC Liaison Committee for ACEC-Idaho.
