City of Richland, WA – The Duportail Bridge provides the City of Richland, Washington with a new connection from SR240 to Queensgate Drive by providing an additional Yakima River bridge crossing.

J‑U‑B provided the roadway design, storm drainage, and utilities design, including a 36‑inch waterline and sewer including the relocation of an existing sewer lift station. J‑U‑B provided the surveying and development of right‑of‑way plans and legal descriptions. The project required improvements to the Columbia Irrigation District system so J-U-B’s design removed the steel flume and replaced it with a concrete-lined canal.
