Jay serves as the Area Manager for J-U-B’s Coeur d’Alene, ID, and Spokane, WA offices, bringing more than 27 years of experience in civil and transportation engineering. Jay’s experience is broad since he started with water collection systems and storage, a fish hatchery, and environmental reports. Over the years, Jay has continued his diversification with local agency roadways, bridges, signal systems, several public building projects, government and commercial developments, roadway and site illumination, and roadway federal aid projects. Jay now primarily focuses on mentoring, coaching staff, quality control and his contract city engineering and local agency project support.
