Jay’s primary area of expertise is transportation. His experience is broad since he started with a water collection system, a fish hatchery, and environmental reports. Over the years, he has continued his diversification with roadways, bridges, signal systems, several public works building projects, government and commercial developments, roadway and site illumination, and roadway federal aid. He now primarily focuses on his contract city engineering and local agency project support.
