Neal manages the St. George Area for J-U-B and works on a variety of projects helping to plan and implement solutions for our clients. He focuses on serving local municipalities, counties, state government divisions, special service districts, and airports throughout the intermountain west. He is a qualified client and project manager who advocates for the communities he serves.  Today he primarily directs the J-U-B team developing Airport Master Plans and strategies for planning future growth of airfield facilities.

Neal loves to explore the world, get out on his road bike when he can, and he built a small sailboat with his sons. It actually floats and sails; win-win!!!
