The Idaho Department of Lands (IDL) retained the services of J‑U‑B to prepare comprehensive “Inventory Surveys” for over 500 previously unplatted leased lots with 100 years’ worth of loosely documented infrastructure improvements.
J-U-B’s scope included reviewing input from stakeholders, IDL records, and the inventory surveys; preparing drafts of and finalizing over 30 subdivision plats; creating subdivision declarations; attending and participating in project meetings; writing hundreds of pages of parcel descriptions; and overseeing the services of three subconsultant firms.
