The Langdon Group, in partnership with the Environmental Dispute Resolution Program at the University of Utah, developed the Program on Collaboration. The Program designed and implemented events to develop and support Utah stakeholders in their use of collaborative problem solving as a tool to address conflicts around natural resource issues. Events included the Forum on Collaboration and Dialogues on Collaboration to convene decision-makers and program managers in a dialogue to bridge cultural and political divides. This spectrum of stakeholders was engaged around locally relevant topics and facilitated peer-to-peer learning, experience sharing, and networking. The Langdon Group facilitated the event design through assessments, key stakeholder interviews, and coordination on panel presenters, and small group facilitated discussion guides.
